HƯỚNG DẪN CÀI ĐẶT PHẦN MỀM SoMachine V4.3 SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC CHO LẬP TRÌNH PLC & HMI

SoMachine V4.3 là môi trường lập trình tích hợp của Schneider Electric, dùng để:

  • Lập trình PLC dòng Modicon M221, M241, M251, M262
  • Thiết kế & cấu hình HMI Magelis
  • Cấu hình truyền thông Ethernet, Modbus TCP/RTU, CANopen
  • Commissioning – Debug – bảo trì hệ thống tự động hóa

Bài viết này hướng dẫn từng bước chi tiết cách cài đặt SoMachine V4.3 từ file ISO, giúp kỹ sư dễ dàng triển khai tại hiện trường và trong phòng lab.

I. YÊU CẦU HỆ THỐNG & CHUẨN BỊ

1. Cấu hình máy tính khuyến nghị

3. Phần mềm hỗ trợ

  • WinRAR / 7-Zip để giải nén
  • Hoặc mount ISO trực tiếp bằng Windows

II. GIẢI NÉN & CHUẨN BỊ FILE CÀI

BƯỚC 1: GIẢI NÉN FILE ISO

Click chuột phải → Extract to…
Hoặc Mount → mở ổ đĩa ảo → copy toàn bộ dữ liệu ra ổ cứng

BƯỚC 2: KIỂM TRA THƯ MỤC CÀI

Sau khi giải nén, bạn sẽ thấy:

III. CÀI ĐẶT SoMachine BASIC (PHẦN CHÍNH)

Đây là thành phần bắt buộc để lập trình PLC & HMI Schneider.

BƯỚC 1: CHẠY FILE CÀI

Vào:

SoMachine Basic → SoMachineBasic_V1.5_build58934.exe

→ Chuột phải → Run as Administrator

BƯỚC 2: KHỞI ĐỘNG TRÌNH CÀI

Chọn:

Next → Accept License → Next → Install

BƯỚC 3: CÀI ĐẶT DRIVER THIẾT BỊ

Windows sẽ hỏi:

Install device software?
Publisher: Schneider Electric

👉 Chọn Install

BƯỚC 4: CÀI CÁC THÀNH PHẦN PHỤ TRỢ

Hệ thống sẽ tự động cài:

  • USB PLC Driver
  • Ethernet Communication Driver
  • OPC Services
  • Fieldbus Drivers
  • NetManage Server

⏳ Thời gian: 5 – 15 phút

IV. HOÀN TẤT & KHỞI ĐỘNG PHẦN MỀM

Sau khi cài xong:

  • Nhấn Finish
  • Khởi động lại máy (khuyến nghị)

V. KIỂM TRA HOẠT ĐỘNG CỦA SoMachine

Mở:

Start → Schneider Electric → SoMachine → SoMachine Basic

Giao diện chính gồm:

  • Create New Project
  • Open Existing Project
  • Connect to Device

VI. TẠO PROJECT PLC & HMI ĐẦU TIÊN

BƯỚC 1: CREATE NEW PROJECT

Chọn:

Create new project

BƯỚC 2: CHỌN MODEL PLC

BƯỚC 3: CẤU HÌNH I/O & MODULE

Thêm:

  • TM2 Digital I/O
  • TM3 Analog I/O
  • TM3 Expert Modules

BƯỚC 4: CẤU HÌNH TRUYỀN THÔNG

  • Ethernet IP
  • Modbus TCP / RTU
  • CANopen

BƯỚC 5: CẤU HÌNH HMI MAGELIS

  • Thêm HMI
  • Thiết kế giao diện
  • Mapping tag PLC – HMI

3. Không cắm PLC khi đang cài

→ Tránh xung đột driver.

4. Sao lưu bộ cài

→ Tránh mất file ISO dung lượng lớn.
